Walk-ins are accepted up to one hour before closing. During peak hours, wait times may vary from 30 minutes to one hour.

Monday through Saturday: 11 am to 5:30 pm with an appointment.
Walk-ins* are always welcome until one hour before closing, but there may be wait times. During busy times, expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour. Booked appointments take priority, so we might have to pause assisting you when they arrive. We will serve you as soon as we can. If we are fully booked one hour before closing, we may be unable to help you, even for jewelry purchases. Please use our booking website to secure a time slot, as we cannot take bookings over the phone because of deposit requirements.
*Walk-ins on Friday & Saturday: We typically have two piercers. Once you're in the room for the piercing, it's quick, so wait times are minimal if you decide on jewelry quickly.
Sunday: Noon - 5 pm; we will take walk-ins until 4:00 pm. If everyone is cared for by 4 pm, we will close early.
No Halo Forever Bracelets on Sundays.
Please make sure you have what you need to be pierced.
We cannot make appointments over the phone or on our social media pages since a deposit is required to book.

Arriving early allows you to complete paperwork sooner. We'll attempt to see you earlier, but if fully booked, jewelry selection or early services may not be available. Without an appointment, there will be a wait.
When we are closed:
New Year's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas.
On other HALOdays, we may close early; please check availability on our appointment page.
We usually (not always) close early on New Year’s Eve, The Fourth of July, Memorial Day, September 11th, October 31st (HALOween), and Thanksgiving Eve. Please check the day of here and on social media for up-to-date hours.

Halo Piercing & Jewelry is located on the NW corner of Camelback and Central Avenue in the Historic Medlock Plaza along with Arizona Hi-Fi, frances, Stinkweeds Records, & Units. We are behind (west) Cowtown Skateboards, Cheese N Stuff, & The Art of Framing complex.
We are north of the Valley Metro Light Rail, east of the blue building and North of Arizona Hifi. Access parking by entering between us and the old Dutch Brothers building. If traffic is congested, enter off Central by the Dairy Queen (north of us).
