We can take walk-ins up to one hour before closing. Note: While we strive to minimize waiting times, please remember that during peak hours, wait times for walk-ins may vary between 30 minutes to an hour, up to 2 hours on the weekend.
Saturdays there will be a wait (up to an hour) to just buy jewelry if you don't hava a Fitting or Jewelry upgrade booking.
Hours:
Monday through Saturday: 11 am to 6 pm with an appointment.
Walk-ins are always welcome (up to one hour before we close if you don’t mind waiting for appointments). Once you enter our studio, the wait time will vary. During peak hours, the wait may be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour (two hours on the weekend). If we are fully booked one hour before closing, we may not be able to fit you in (this includes if you want to buy jewelry to go).
We kindly request that you visit our booking website to secure a time slot that suits your schedule. We are very busy when we open and cannot do this for you over the phone since a deposit is required to hold your spot.
Sunday: Noon - 5 pm; we will take walk-ins until 4:00 pm. If everyone is cared for by 4 pm, we will close early.
No Halo Forever Bracelets on Sundays.
Please make sure you have what you need to be pierced.

If you arrive early, you can finish your paperwork. We'll try to see you sooner, but if we are fully booked, we may not assist with jewelry selection or provide early services. Thank you.
When we are closed:
New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas.
On other HALOdays, we may close early; please check availability on our appointment page.
We usually (not always) close early on New Year’s Eve, the Fourth of July, Memorial Day, September 11th, October 31st (HALOween), and Thanksgiving Eve. Please see our social media for up-to-date hours.

Halo Piercing & Jewelry is located on the NW corner of Camelback and Central Avenue in the Historic Medlock Plaza along with Arizona Hi-Fi, frances, Stinkweeds Records, ilashnBrows, & Units. We are behind (west) Cowtown Skateboards, Cheese N Stuff, & The Art of Framing complex.
We are north of the Valley Metro Light Rail, east of the blue building and North of Arizona Hifi. Access parking by entering between us and the old Dutch Brothers building. If traffic is congested, enter off Central by the Dairy Queen (north of us).
